AG opinion rattles Amazon's Italian logistics setup, EU Parliament clears the digital euro for trilogue, bol.com becomes a licensed payments player, and Amazon.de puts FBM sellers on a 90% OTDR clock.

The EU's temporary €3 per-item customs duty on sub-€150 imports took effect on 1 July as France dropped its own €2 parcel charge. Eurostat put June euro-area inflation at 2.8%, and Amazon set out how the new duty is handled for FBA and FBM sellers.
