Starting 3 September 2026, Pan-EU FBA products need an active Netherlands offer, subject to Amazon's stated exemptions. The requirement covers new and existing products. Amazon says storing inventory in the Netherlands is not required for participation.

bol instructed sellers to finish missing legal product data before 2 September 2026. Its notice warned that affected offers would progressively become unavailable after that cutoff. An account banner identifies sellers whose product groups need attention.

On 1 September 2026, Allegro extended automatic refunds to allegro.pl. For returns sent through Allegro's return methods with verifiable receipt, the platform refunds the buyer on day eight unless the seller has issued a full or partial refund, or rejected the return with a reason, within seven calendar days of receipt.

On 3 September 2026, Allegro announced a promotion running from 1 September 2026 to 31 March 2027. On allegro.pl, eligible products priced above PLN 1,500 in selected Sport and Tourism categories receive an automatic sales commission cap of PLN 147.60 including VAT. The discount applies only to sales commission.
