The plan and the numbers. Which marketplaces, which products, which rules: agreed before anything goes live, and visible to you and your client throughout.

The Brand Review applies to a referred client exactly as it does to a direct one. A client we cannot serve well is a referral we decline — that protects your name as much as ours.
