Strategic Account Services is Amazon's own paid partner programme: a dedicated account manager inside Amazon who works with K6 on strategy, launches and escalations. Most sellers wait in the standard support queue. We plan with Amazon directly.

  • Blocked listings, stuck shipments and compliance flags reach the right team inside Amazon instead of a ticket queue.
  • Launches and peak events are planned against Amazon's own calendar, with inventory and advertising reviewed ahead of time.
  • New Amazon programmes and pilots reach our catalogue early, so partner brands benefit before the market does.
