From 20 July 2026 Amazon started its EU/UK rollout of removing the standalone seller-performance eligibility gate for the Featured Offer (Buy Box): order defect rate, chargeback rate and Voice of the Customer complaints stop being a pass/fail pre-filter and become weighted inputs inside one ranking. More sellers, including previously ineligible ones, can now compete for the box on the same ASINs. No opt-in is needed, so check 'Other Sellers on Amazon' on top EU ASINs and reset repricing floors and Buy Box-share baselines, since rivals can appear without the old eligibility lag.

bol announced on 23 July 2026 that from 27 July its single 'Items on time' service standard splits into two separately scored metrics: 'On time handover' for Shipping via bol (95% target) and 'Delivered on time' for your own shipping (93% target), no longer blended into one weighted score. Sellers using both methods can no longer let a strong score on one mask a weak score on the other; monitor each metric separately from 27 July to protect service-standard and strike-mechanism standing.

On 22 July 2026 Allegro automatically converted all old-format custom shipping price lists into either pre-made lists (which Allegro keeps updated as delivery options change) or new-format custom lists (which the seller must maintain), keeping them linked to the same offers. Check that converted lists kept the correct carriers and buyer delivery rates, and decide whether to move to pre-made lists to avoid manually updating fees when carrier options change.
