Amazon

Effective 24 August 2026, Amazon's Business Solutions Agreement (updated 29 May 2026) prohibits sellers from transferring or assigning their rights and obligations under the agreement and from pledging them—including future Amazon payouts—as collateral. Sellers using revenue-based financing secured against Amazon disbursements, or planning an account sale or aggregator exit, must review those arrangements, because an Amazon-consented transfer is now the only permitted route and lenders can no longer take a valid security interest in the account.

Allegro

On 26 August 2026 (postponed from 27 July) Allegro rolled out its reworked 'Quality of my sales' scoring: it removed the Recommendations from buyers, Unresolved Discussions and Average response time metrics, cut the maximum score from 500 to 400 points, reduced sales-quality levels from six to four (dropping 'Super+' and 'Unacceptable'), and raised the 'Super' level threshold to 230 points from 220. Sellers should re-check their projected level in the 'New results' tab, since a level drop can affect Super Seller eligibility and offer visibility.
